Dallas-Ft. Worth Metro Golden Retriever Board Members/breeders in competition with Plaintiffs in 2005 which gave rise to the lawsuit:
Judy Word, Bravo Golden Retrievers - Rockwall
Debra Allen, Gold Sun Golden Retrievers - Royce City
Nancy Crowley, Camlin Golden Retrievers - Parker
Sherri Farmer, Spirits Golden Retrievers - Wylie
The above mentioned Board members represented a majority vote and their actions were the root cause giving rise to the filing of that lawsuit.
